2025 Christmas Shop - Let Freedom Ring
Did You Know?
There are hard working families in our community who live at or below the national poverty line? Many of these families are holding down multiple jobs just to pay the bills. Christmas should be a time of joy, but these families are burdened with the thought of not being able to do what every parent wants to do – provide a personal Christmas experience for their children.
The Christmas Shop is a nationally recognized program that works with local organizations to identify and invite qualified families to shop in their community where they can select and purchase new and desirable toys at 70-90% off their retail prices. The program advocates for parent involvement and seeks to break, not contribute to, patterns that keep families trapped in poverty cycles. All proceeds are donated back to the participating host organizations to provide additional year-round support to children in need.
Christmas Freedom for the Military
This year, our Christmas Shop will focus on Active Duty and Reserve Military families in Jacksonville. Rising costs have made Christmas difficult for many junior-ranked families and this is our chance to bless those who sacrifice so much for our freedom. All proceeds go directly to local base chapels, helping them continue to provide vital care for sailors, soldiers and their families. You can help by forming a shopping team, joining the inventory crew, serving at the December 6th party, or purchasing directly from Amazon using the buttons below.
Christmas Freedom for the Fathers and Grandfathers of Baker Re-Entry
Last year we hosted our first Christmas party for the families of Baker Re-Entry prison, home to 450 men with 48 months or less on their sentence. Many of these dads and granddads are part of our ministry and this special celebration gives them a chance to choose two gifts for their kids or grandkids. Families will pick up gifts at a joyful party designed to spark hope, reconciliation and healing. Christmas Freedom for Partner Schools
While recent district changes mean we can’t serve schools as in previous years, we’re providing generous donations to Crown Point Elementary & Mayport Coastal Sciences Middle School so they have the freedom to serve their students effectively. Please continue to pray for our partner schools throughout the year.
Christmas Freedom for Legal Refugees
Many children of legal refugees will celebrate their first Christmas in the U.S. We’ve curated a special gift registry on Amazon .
