What if our entire city experienced the love of Jesus through simple acts of kindness?

This summer, Christ’s Church is stepping into neighborhoods, parks, schools, restaurants and everyday spaces across Jacksonville with one goal: love people well.

Love Jax is a summer movement of practical kindness and relational outreach designed for families and small groups to serve the city together. Through simple acts of generosity and encouragement, we believe God can open doors for real conversations, meaningful relationships, and Gospel impact.

Each participating group will receive seed money to help create and carry out their own acts of kindness throughout the summer. Whether it’s blessing first responders, paying for laundry, serving teachers, cleaning up a park, or helping a neighbor with yard work, every act is an opportunity to reflect the heart of Jesus in tangible ways.

This initiative builds on the momentum of last year’s Light Up Jax by moving from prayer into presence, by showing up in our city with compassion, intentionality, and love.
